guidelines for being a northern nuptials vendor

Requirements
There are only two requirements in joining NN.  Your business must be located in or providing services to areas between the 45th parallel and Mackinac Island, and east/west to Lakes Michigan and Huron.  In addition, all participating vendors must have a valid, working email address that is checked regularly.

Benefits of Joining
Being a member of Northern Nuptials means being a part of an aggressive marketing effort dedicated to increasing the wedding business throughout Northern Michigan.  No one will work harder than Northern Nuptials to assure exposure to and promotion of your business.  Please visit our benefits page for details on the many fabulous benefits to joining Northern Nuptials.

Prorated Rates
Vendors are encouraged to join Northern Nuptials at any time.  The current prorated fee for either full or profiles listings is noted at the bottom of the join now page near the credit card information area.  Prorated rates are billed at $17/month for full listings and $34/month for profile listings.

Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for submitting accurate information about their business.  Northern Nuptials' pledge to our visitors is a website containing only accurate and up-to-date information.  Should inaccuracies be determined in a vendor listing, the listing may be removed immediately without warning and without refund until the situation is resolved.  Inaccurate information or information which is in any way misleading to our web visitors will not be permitted.



Right To Decline Vendor Participation
Northern Nuptials reserves the right to cancel a listing at any time without warning should it be determined that a listing's services or products are not at a standard consistent with the Northern Nuptials brand.  Refunds will be prorated and provided within 30 days.

Single Listings For Single Businesses
One individual business per listing only.  Multiple businesses residing under a parent company or corporate umbrella do in fact require multiple, individual listings.  This is to provide detailed information for the brides and planners using our website.

Annual Billing and Payment Information
The annual renewal date for all Northern Nuptials vendors is September 1.  An invoice will be emailed to you on that date with payment due within 30 days.  Payment is for listings beginning September 1 of that year and ending August 31 of the following year.  Featured vendor listing payments are due immediately and are required before the listing is launched on the site.
